Refund Policy

退換貨基本準則：

1.欲退換貨商品需維持未使用狀態 ( 若有因人為因素造成肉眼可見之使用痕跡則不具退換貨資格)

2.須維持整體包裝完整性（單據、吊牌、贈品等）

3.品牌將保留使用痕跡之判定最終權利

4.於均享有7日鑑賞期(以包裹簽收日開始計算)，鑑賞期非試用期，

退換貨請務必確保商品為全新狀態，若申請逾時或不符合Hon studio ( 簡稱品牌方) 退貨政策條件範圍

品牌方有權拒絕退貨，若有退貨需求請在時限內提交申請並與品牌溝通。

品牌將保留判定最終退換貨準則與修改之權利

瑕疵處理:
如有瑕疵問題請於3日內(以包裹簽收日開始計算)

關稅稅收
所有國際運輸均不包括稅費和關稅，客戶有責任交付可能適用的任何海關費用、稅費或關稅。

我們無法計算您的訂單將產生的稅費和關稅之確切金額，費用是由目的地國家/地區直接徵收的。

Returns
You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
